Tzatziki
Ingredient
1 ½ cups Plain yogurt strained
2 medium Cucumbers
4 large Garlic cloves minced
4 tsp Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt and Pepper
Preparation Method
Peal, remove seeds and grate cucumber. In mixing bowl add the grated cucumber,
minced garlic, strained yogurt, olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.
Yogurt will drain well in a paper towel set in a strainer. You can do this over
night or a few hours in the refrigerator.
