Pork Tenderloin Boneless
Ingredients

1/3 cup chopped garlic
1 med onion chopped
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
1/3 cup capers
Worcestershire sauce

Liquid Mix

½ cup honey
½ cup lemon Juice
1 cup warm water


Preparation


In a hot frying pan add oil and chopped onions sauté for a couple of minutes.
Add the pork tenderloin and brown all sides.
In a oven pan lined with aluminum foil sprinkle some oil over the foil and place the tenderloin along with the sauté onions.
Bake uncovered in a preheated oven at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
Next remove and cut cross grain into ½ inch slices
Line your oven pan again with foil and place your slices one layer at a time and sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, capers and sprinkle Worcestershire Sauce.
At this point pour in your liquid mixture of ½ cup Honey 1 cup warm water ½ cup Lemon Juice.
Cover and bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees, at the end remove cover and bake for another 15 minutes at 425 degrees...Enjoy

Note; Baking tempters will vary with different ovens. Use an oven gauge to be sure.
